• Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will qualify for Same Day Dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery (Transit Time)

Once your order has been dispatched from our London facility, the following delivery windows apply:

• Standard UK Shipping: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 4 Business Days from the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees at checkout:

• United Kingdom: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

• There are no additional handling fees or surcharges applied during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

Full transparency is provided for every shipment:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

• You can track your package directly via the carrier link provided in the email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

• We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
