1) Overview

Welcome to skintervene (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and store, including all related features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy ([link]) and Refund Policy ([link]). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3) Products & Content

We try to present products accurately, but colours/appearance may vary by device. Descriptions, prices and availability can change without notice; we may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Health / supplements disclaimer (if applicable): products are not medicines and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Information on the site is general information, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, on medication, or have a medical condition.

4) Orders & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm receipt and either accept or decline. A contract forms only when we accept (usually by dispatch confirmation) and after payment is authorised. If we cannot accept, we’ll refund any payment taken.

Purchases are for personal/household use only and not for resale without our prior written consent.

Returns/cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy ([link]). Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights (including rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

5) Prices & Payment

Prices may change at any time before order acceptance. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, taxes, customs and import duties. You agree to provide current, complete billing and contact details and authorise us (and our payment processors) to take payment for your order total.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; until then, we remain responsible.

7) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, video, layout and code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by UK and international IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licence is granted except as needed to use the Services. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

8) Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided “as is”. We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion.

9) Relationship with Shopify

We use Shopify to host and power our store. Your purchase contract is with skintervene, not Shopify. Shopify isn’t responsible for our sales, products or support. Shopify processes certain personal data to provide the platform—see our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

10) Feedback & Reviews

If you submit reviews, ideas or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use and display it in any media for operating and promoting the Services. You confirm you own the Feedback and it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or contain unlawful content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

11) Prohibited Use

You must not: use the Services unlawfully; infringe IP rights; harass or harm others; upload malware; scrape or spider; send spam; misrepresent your identity; circumvent security; or otherwise interfere with the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

12) Errors & Changes

We may correct errors or omissions and update information (including prices, availability and shipping info) at any time, including after you submit an order (in which case we may cancel and refund).

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach or misuse. Sections that by nature should survive termination do so (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law).

14) Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15) Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited/excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for any loss arising from or in connection with the Services or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our officers, employees, partners and service providers) harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

17) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at any time.

18) Severance & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. No failure to enforce is a waiver of any right.

19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that UK consumers may also bring claims in their local courts. You also have access to local statutory dispute-resolution rights where applicable.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the latest version on this page and, where required, notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
